These 104cm bands are a convenient and easy way to add intensity to any workout routine.

Why use lifting bands? Lifting bands offer a contrasting method in an exercise program where the weight resistance varies at different points during a lift. Using bands will increase the weight through the eccentric and concentric portions of a lift, resulting in greater speed and acceleration.

Not just for powerlifters. The BSTB1 (orange) and BSTB2 (green) are best used for general conditioning, stretching, rehabilitation, jumping, aerobics, and for increased resistance for biceps/triceps exercises. This band works well for beginners and weightlifters.

For stronger bench presses and lower body exercises, the BSTB3 (red) and BSTB4 (blue) work well.

For maximum resistance with squats, deadlifts, leg presses and shrugs, the BSTB5 (purple) is our top of the line band.
