The amounts above are intended for payment by Credit Card and advance bank transfer, except for ongoing promotions.

For Cash on Delivery, a supplement of €5.00 is applied to the total purchase.

Fitmax delivers its orders throughout Italy via BRT- Bartolini courier.

It is important, when placing an order, to specify a preferred delivery time (e.g. morning or afternoon) in order to avoid stocks.
If the courier in charge of delivering the goods to your home does not find anyone at home at the time of delivery, he/she will leave a notice of non-delivery and attempt to redeliver the goods the following day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be put into storage at the local branch.
It is possible to re-deliver the shipment by contacting this branch at the telephone number that you will find on the notice left by the courier.

THE OPENING COSTS OF THE STORAGE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

THE PARCEL LIFTING SERVICE TO THE FLOOR IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS (+ €45.00) - This rate may vary in the case of remote locations (islands, mountain resorts, etc.)

Upon customer request, it is possible to request shipping to FERMO DEPOSITO (direct collection by the customer at a Bartolini branch)

Delivery to the floor

Service provided by BRT. The courier will send two porters to your home, who will transport the item to the requested floor.

NB: The service does not include assembly of the tool.

You will be contacted by our sales office to request details on the plan and stairs.

Assembly

Thanks to the collaboration with FERCAM, a leading Italian company in the logistics sector, already a partner of important international Fitness companies, which has qualified personnel throughout Italy, we are able to offer the home delivery and installation service of equipment throughout Italy.

The home delivery and assembly service includes the following items:

Shipping of goods to the customer's home
Sending at least 2 home workers
Possible lifting to the floor
Unpacking the equipment
Equipment installation and testing

Does not include the following items:

Pre-installation inspection
Electrical system preparation
Cleaning of premises
Dismantling of doors or windows
Use of cranes or external lifting devices
Supply of accessory material for assembly (electrical reductions, extensions etc...)

The service can be requested directly on our website when ordering by selecting the icon next to the product that identifies it as suitable for the "Delivery + Home Assembly" service.

Timings :

The service takes on average 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the order, in order to organize the team of workers who will take care of the delivery + installation of the equipment.

Important Notes:

The choice of the place where the equipment is to be assembled and the consequent intended use of the same is at the discretion of the Customer.

In no event shall the seller, the installing technician, or the manufacturer be liable for damage to property or persons resulting from the lack of precautions and observation of the instructions given in the manual.
