How the shopping cart works
By choosing a product category the Customer will see a page containing the list of items available for that category.
By clicking on the image of the desired product, the customer will enter the page dedicated to it, where it is possible to consult all the useful information relating to the chosen product, including the price. When the customer decides to purchase, he/she will have to click on the "Buy" button.

At this point the product has been added to the cart: the Customer can add other products, remove those already present or simply change the quantities.
The minimum order on the Fit Max website is €50.00
Registration/Login
To make a purchase, you must register for the correct processing of your order.
If the customer has not yet registered, the server will provide him with the login password within a few seconds.
If the Customer is already registered, he/she will simply have to log in so that the system recognizes him/her and he/she can immediately access the payment form.

For orders on the website www.fitmax.it the following payment methods are permitted:
* By credit card belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits.
The credit card payment system is guaranteed by the new Bankbass Web circuit, through a protocol with SSB 128 bit encryption, called Verified by Visa.
This system requires entering the CVV2 code (printed on the credit card), the name of the cardholder and the expiration date of the credit card.
The amount will be withdrawn exclusively after checking the order, invoicing and shipping of the latter.
The amount will be charged to you only when the goods are shipped.
If the order is not processed within seven days the amount will be automatically withdrawn, with the obvious possibility of a refund on your current account if, for any reason, the order is cancelled.
The purchase can only be made by the cardholder. To ensure additional security of transactions, a landline phone number (not mobile) must be provided.
Fitmax will agree to deliver the goods to another address, but only after further checks.
Fitmax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request additional guarantees from the buyer.
Credit card information can also be provided by telephone.
* By cash on delivery (in cash or with a bank draft made out to Fit Max Srl) upon receipt of the goods, directly to the Express Courier who makes the delivery.
In the case of high-value orders, Fitmax Srl reserves the right to request a deposit on the purchased goods as a confirmation deposit.

Thanks to an agreement with Consel Spa - Consumer credit finance company of the Banca Sella Group, Fit Max Srl offers you the possibility of paying for your purchases in convenient installments that you can choose to debit to your bank account or pay via postal payment slips.
Customized financing can be requested by choosing between the various payment methods available at the end of the purchase procedure.
By choosing this form of payment, you will be transferred, for the conclusion of the order, to the Consel website ( www.e-consel.it ), where you can choose the type of installment plan. Having read the financing conditions and the related interest rates, you will then be asked for some personal data (occupation, composition of your family unit, income).

Most of the products on the site can be purchased and are available at our stores.
Usually the prices practiced online are slightly lower than those in force in traditional stores, this is thanks to the direct sales model that allows to reduce the structural costs.

If you want to place an order but have difficulty sending it due to connection or server problems, you can still order what you want by fax, downloading the order form in PDF format directly from the Home Page of the website www.fitmax.it
Or you can send us an email to ordini@fitmax.it indicating the items you wish to purchase (code, quantity, preferred payment method, delivery address, telephone number), we will forward the order and confirm it by email or telephone.

The risks are practically zero; the credit card data (number and expiration date) do not pass through our server but are sent directly in encrypted form to the Secure Server via the new Bankpass system www.bankpass.it to Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna, our support agency.

When making a purchase, the customer can choose whether to receive a receipt or an accompanying invoice.
In case the accompanying invoice is chosen, the customer can specify billing data different from the shipping data, specifying the Fiscal Code or VAT number.
Whether a receipt or an accompanying invoice is issued, the latter are placed in a sealed envelope and sent together with the goods in the space reserved for transport documents.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
•Packages up to 10 kg in weight €7.50
•Packages up to 30 kg in weight €10.00
•Packages up to 100 kg in weight: €17.50
•Packages up to 200 kg in weight: €35.00
The amounts above are intended for payment by Credit Card and advance bank transfer, except for ongoing promotions.
For Cash on Delivery, a supplement of €5.00 is applied to the total purchase.
NB THE COURIER DELIVERIES TO THE GROUND FLOOR; THE PARCEL LIFTING SERVICE TO THE FLOOR IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS (+ €35.00)

Fit Max Srl delivers its products throughout the country via the Bartolini courier.
Delivery times are indicative; sometimes the finding of some items may cause a delay in shipping of a few additional days.

If the courier in charge of delivering the goods to your home does not find anyone at home, he leaves a notice of non-delivery and attempts to redeliver the goods the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order is put into storage at the local branch.
It is possible to re-deliver the shipment by contacting this branch at the telephone number that you will find on the notice left by the courier.
THE OPENING COSTS OF THE STORAGE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

When you receive the package from the courier you will have to check:
a) That the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package;
b) That the number of packages (number of parcels) indicated on the transport documents corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;
NB: Any complaints must be immediately raised with the carrier and written on the delivery documents; in the absence of these, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.
The transport documents will be delivered to you by hand by the courier.
Important: the courier only carries out the unloading service of the goods, not the delivery to the floor.
For this type of service, please contact us or fill in the "note" field of the order form.
The service will be quantified separately based on the weight and number of packages to be delivered.

Yes, all fitness equipment on our site arrives packaged in its original packaging.
Their assembly takes from 20 to 60 minutes; the assembly tool kit is supplied inside the package.
Returns and Refunds

Fit Max Srl recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation.
The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days as required by law.
By that date, the customer is required to send written and signed communication by registered letter, headed with the following data:

The letter must indicate the bank details (name of the bank, name of the agency, ABI code, CAB code, current account number) where the customer wishes to receive the credit for the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods.
This letter can also be sent by fax to the number 0522/946562
Together with the sending of the letter, the customer is required to send the goods via courier, placing them IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order to guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport.
This packaging, as for the written communication, must be sent within 10 days of receipt of the purchased goods, to the same address indicated above for the shipment of the registered letter.
Within 20 days of receiving the registered letter and the goods, Fit Max Srl will make the credit transfer for the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of the goods ordered (including any shipping costs) to the bank details communicated to us by the customer.
The only cost that the customer must therefore bear, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for sending the registered letter and the courier transport costs for sending the goods to our office.
ATTENTION: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT CATEGORIES:
- Sauna and Turkish Bath (as they are made to order by the client)
- Beauty creams and sun products (as the packages are sealed)
- Screen printed sportswear (football shirts etc...) - made to customer request
Withdrawal on orders via financing Installments on the Net:
NB: In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal on the product purchased through the Installment in Network service, Fitmax will refund the value of the purchase net of the Consel commission on the transaction (1.5%), the amount of interest on the transaction (whether this is at a rate of 0% or higher) and the transport costs for the return.

All purchased products have the official manufacturer's warranty.
By law, the warranty lasts for 24 months.
