All Woman Olympic barbells have sleeves with a diameter of 50 millimetres, so that they can be loaded without problems by any Olympic disc or bumper, therefore equipped with a hole with a diameter of 51 millimetres. Woman barbells are lighter than traditional 220 cm barbells, in fact they weigh 15 kg instead of 20 kg and are 200 cm long.
