The Diamond professional barbell features chrome-plated sleeves with a non-slip finish, 4 bushings, 6 roller bearings, and a 28 mm diameter knurled handle. The knurling in the central part of the bar allows the athlete maximum control and safe training, ensuring an excellent grip comfort. The professional barbell can support a maximum load of 700 kg. Diamond barbells are sold with a pair of safety collars included. The unloaded barbell weighs 20 kg.
