The StepTower is designed to ensure seamless transitions between workouts. From bodyweight cardio to strength and endurance training, this unit adapts to your pace and preferences. Removable panels for the steps, dumbbells, and resistance bands allow you to organize complete workouts in one place, then stow everything away neatly to keep your space tidy.
This luxurious dumbbell set includes eight weights ranging from 2.5 to 10 kg, precision CNC machined from nickel-plated steel. Each dumbbell features a knurled grip for added control and solid wood end plates for a refined NOHRD finish.
The removable side panels serve a dual purpose: one features a padded surface for use as a workout bench, while the other provides a stable wooden platform for step aerobics. Both are made of veneered plywood with a solid wood frame, with the padded panel upholstered in durable, easy-to-clean faux leather.
Work out with four resistance bands of varying intensity, neatly stored behind the panels. Each band attaches to one of the four anchor points at the base, allowing for dynamic upper and lower body movements. Two solid wood handles with ball bearings ensure a smooth, ergonomic grip.

The second internal section houses cork yoga blocks, a cork fascia roller, and a full-length cork exercise mat (180 x 60 x 0.4 cm), ideal for floor training and recovery.
