ActivePulse™

Heart rate zone training is effective, and iFIT makes it easier than ever! With a heart rate monitor, ActivePulse™ automatically adjusts speed and incline to keep you in your target zone.

SmartAdjust

The treadmill automatically tracks the speed and terrain of your iFIT coach. As your fitness improves and you begin to manually adjust the intensity, iFIT will adapt the rest of the workout based on your preferences.

Coach AI (beta)

The iFIT AI Coach works directly with you to help you develop healthy habits and stay motivated. Once you set your goal, the AI ​​Coach will schedule workouts for you, and you'll automatically see them in your iFIT profile.

Google Maps

Choose your journey by creating a custom route with Google Maps and immerse yourself in Street View imagery that changes with your pace. Plus, the treadmill's incline automatically adjusts to simulate the incline of the route.
