The simple and innovative design of the PowerBlock dumbbells makes exercising much more fun and easier.
They take up little space, ideal for organizing the environment in a practical and efficient way.
The PowerBlock consists of a series of weights each with a heavier mass, which fit together and hook together with a robust pin system. This pin is fixed with a strong elastic band to the central part. Different elements can be combined to the desired weight and with the double pins these weights are fixed to the handle. The only thing to do is lift the chosen weight and start exercising.
The handle element contains two additional cylindrical weights that (both or just one) can be used to precisely adjust the load of the weight training.
The “EXP” models start at 20.7kg (50lbs) per handlebar and can then be expanded with 2 kits. One kit adds 9kg (20lbs) to each handlebar, so a Stage 2 is 5-70 (32kg) and a Stage 3 is 5-90 (40.8kg).
