The new JK 524 is a mid-range magnetic spin bike in the home fitness world with a silenced fixed-gear belt drivetrain and a large inertial system with a 20 kg flywheel (balanced flywheel) and a 16.5 cm crank, allowing for smooth, confident pedaling at all speeds. Resistance is adjusted via a manual selector with millimetric resistance, which also acts as an emergency brake in the event of sudden pedaling stops. For greater comfort, the JK 524 indoor bike features 12-position saddle height adjustment (for leg measurements from 74.5 cm to 90.5 cm) and 7.5 cm depth, while the handlebars can be adjusted for height to 8 positions and depth to 6 cm. These adjustments allow every user, even the tallest, to always find the perfect riding position! The racing-design saddle, anatomical and with a central cutout, helps and improves the feeling on board for all riders, ensuring comfortable and long rides without any particular discomfort. Training Tracking

The cycle computer with a multi-information LCD display integrated into the console, along with a tilt-adjustable phone/tablet holder, allows you to monitor all your ride parameters, such as time, distance, speed, RPM, calories, watts, and heart rate. The JK 524 gym bike is equipped with a sensor in the console to detect the user's heart rate via the heart rate monitor during more intense cardio workouts; the heart rate monitor is an optional accessory and must be purchased separately.
