It features a large inertial system with a 22 kg flywheel (balanced flywheel), an electronically controlled magnetic brake that generates a maximum power of 480 W (195 W at 60 RPM), and a 17 cm chrome crankset. The JK 564's brake system is electronically controlled by a servomotor controlled by buttons on the console. The JK 564 gym bike is equipped with a sensor in the console to detect the user's heart rate via the heart rate monitor during more intense cardio training sessions; the heart rate monitor is included as standard.
