JK Fitness Treadmill JK174

The new JK 174 treadmill was created to confirm the medium-high home fitness range by improving performance compared to the previous range, all inserted in a decidedly more modern and elegant context.

The JK 174 is a mid-to-high-end electric treadmill in the home fitness world. It features a powerful 3.75 HP motor with a maximum peak power of 4.75 HP, allowing for a speed of 22 km/h, adjustable in one-step increments of 0.1 km/h. The JK 174 features a 15-level electric incline, allowing for a maximum gradient of 15%. For maximum user convenience, the JK174 is equipped with a series of quick speed and incline buttons, convenient for making quick adjustments without distractions. The large 54 x 160 cm running surface, with a 2.0 mm thick anti-slip belt, allows for comfortable and completely safe workouts thanks also to the comfort flex system cushioning system, which limits small microtraumas caused by the impact of the foot while running/walking.

Training Tracking

The control panel of the new JK 174 consists of a large console with 8 white LED displays and an 8 x 16 pxl graphic matrix, to monitor all cardio training parameters such as: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, number of steps, heart rate, graphic matrix for viewing program profile. The JK 174 treadmill is equipped with two integrated receivers for connecting your electronic devices (APPs, social media and music); and 5.3 kH for measuring heart rate via the chest heart rate monitor provided as standard.

Personalization

To better meet the needs and requirements of every user, the JK 174 treadmill is equipped with a series of programs to make every workout "your" workout! The following are included: 1 manual program where all functions are entirely managed by the user at any time; 4 target programs with pre-determined goals for time, distance, number of steps and calorie consumption; 18 pre-set programs with combined variation between speed and incline; 3 HRC with a target of 60% 90% or a user-defined target of personal heart rate; 3 User programs customizable by the user themselves, meaning you must set each individual step of the program by determining speed and incline; 1 body fat test, useful for understanding your body mass index.

Interactive training

The console features two Hi-Fi speakers, two water bottle/object holders, a USB audio input, a jack audio input, and a USB output for charging your devices during your workout. It's possible to connect some fitness apps to make your training sessions interactive and stimulating, such as Zwift and Kinomap (subscriptions not included).

Practicality and comfort

The JK 174 is a foldable treadmill. Its stable steel frame (113 kg) allows it to be used by users up to 160 kg; the space-saving foldable structure allows the treadmill to be reduced in size when not in use (in use 199 x 92 x 149 cm; folded 119 x 92 x 167 cm); it also comes with 4 transport wheels, making it easy to move the machine from one room to another.
