The JK 184 is a high-end electric treadmill in the home fitness world, equipped with a professional 4.0 HP AC (alternating current) motor with a maximum peak power of 7.0 HP that allows for a speed of 22 km/h, with one-step adjustment of 0.1 km/h. The JK 184 is equipped with a 15-level electric incline, allowing for a maximum gradient of 15%. For maximum user convenience, the JK184 is equipped with a series of quick speed and incline buttons that allow for instant adjustments without distractions. The large 54 x 160 cm running surface, with a 2.5 mm thick belt, allows for comfortable and completely safe workouts thanks also to the comfort flex system cushioning system, which limits small microtraumas caused by the impact of the foot during running/walking.

Training Tracking
The control panel of the new JK 184 consists of a large console with 8 white LED displays and an 8 x 16 pxl graphic matrix, to keep track of all cardio training parameters such as: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, number of steps, heart rate, and a graphic matrix for displaying program profile. The JK 184 treadmill is equipped with two integrated receivers to allow the detection of external sources such as: electronic devices (for connections to apps, social media and music); and 5.3 kH for precise heart rate readings using the chest heart rate monitor provided as standard.

Personalization

It includes: 1 manual program where all functions are entirely managed by the user at any time; 3 target programs with pre-determined goals for reaching a duration in minutes, a distance in km, and a calorie consumption; 18 pre-set programs with combined variation between speed and incline; 3 HRC with a target of 60% 90% or a user-defined target of personal heart rate; 3 user programs customizable by the user, meaning each individual step of the program must be set, determining speed and incline; 1 body fat test, useful for determining one's body mass index.

Interactive training
The console features two wireless Hi-Fi speakers, two water bottle/object holders, a USB audio input, a jack audio input, and a USB output for charging your devices during your workout. It's possible to connect some fitness apps to make your workouts more motivating and fun, such as Zwift and Kinomap (subscriptions not included).

Practicality and comfort
The JK 184 is a foldable treadmill.
