When you are done with the 121cm oversized bar, grab the 50cm low row bar and continue your shoulder workout! This machine offers great glide thanks to the built-in nylon bushings. Padded knee stops, adjustable in height. Lat & low row bars included in the package. Also great for tricep press-downs, leg exercises, abs, biceps... with a cable system the only limit is your imagination! NB - This machine uses standard weights (25-28mm). To use it with Olympic weights (50mm) you will need the Olympic adapters
