Bilico Montana playground swing. Certified in accordance with European Standards EN 1176 by the German Institute TÜV - SÜD. Made entirely with poles in laminated Nordic pine wood impregnated in an autoclave with non-toxic salts.
Components list:
No. 1 oval section wooden oscillating beam 10x14 cm.
No. 1 central stand in hot-dip galvanized steel and fixed to two oval-section wooden uprights with an oscillation system consisting of a robust fulcrum mechanism and Teflon bearings.
No. 2 seats with shaped handles in hot-dip galvanized steel tube and painted in the oven at 180°.
No. 2 rubber shock absorbing devices positioned at the end of the beam.
Assembly using 8.8 galvanized steel bolts and self-locking nuts. Standard colored nylon nut covers.
