The Technique bumper disc is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. It has the same 45 cm outer diameter as classic Olympic bumper plates, but is produced in a much lighter and more manageable weight range: 2.5 kg and 5 kg. This allows beginners or rehabilitative athletes to practice typical cross-training movements with less stress and load, allowing them to improve their basic technique (e.g., clean, snatch, or deadlift). HDPE is a highly durable thermoplastic polymer, ensuring a long lifespan for the disc even with regular, high-impact use, whether in a home gym or in a multi-athlete environment.

The design includes a groove around the entire circumference of the plate, making it easy to grip, load, and unload. To ensure their longevity, they should always be used with rubber flooring or appropriate protectors to avoid damage and injury.
