The Diamond Training Pro Bumper Disc is ideal for functional training and cross-training, as well as for muscle building and strength training. The Training Pro Bumper is made of 100% odorless, high-quality black virgin rubber that absorbs shock during dropping exercises. All our Pro bumpers have been tested with over 40,000 drops from heights of 2 meters.
The countersunk stainless steel bushing, with a 50 mm diameter hole, makes the Diamond bumper more durable, ensuring more comfortable loading and unloading onto the barbell. Bumper plates should always be used with rubber flooring or appropriate protection to avoid damage and injury.
