The Iso-Lateral Rowing Machine was designed based on human movement. The ability to use different loads allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Isolateral movements allow the user to train both limbs simultaneously, independently or alternately. The machine features a compact, high-performance design and multiple handles for a wider variety of exercises and angles.

The comfortable and ergonomic seat is adjustable to different heights to suit all users. The starting weight of the single lever arm is just 4.5 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including physiotherapy rehabilitation patients.

Only works with 50mm discs.
