The backlit display shows time, distance, speed, calories, RPM and heart rate, detected via the dedicated Hand Pulse manual sensors or via an optional heart rate monitor, wireless sensor included.
The Toorx ERX 100 elliptical has 12 preset programs in memory, with which the machine will vary the intensity of the resistance and the exercise depending on the program.

The ERX 100 elliptical has a stride footrest that can be adjusted to 3 different positions, making it suitable for use by people of different heights.
The ERX 100 elliptical has a sturdy frame, weighing 52 kg and capable of supporting a user with a maximum weight of 150 kg.
Once you have finished your workout, you can move the elliptical using the special wheels located on the base.
