Once you're done with the 48-inch oversized bar, grab the 20-inch low row bar and continue your shoulder workout! This machine offers excellent glide thanks to the built-in nylon bushings.

Padded, height-adjustable knee pads. Low-row lat pulldown bars included. Also great for tricep press-downs, leg exercises, abs, and biceps exercises.

NB - This machine uses standard weights (25-28mm). To use it with Olympic weights (50mm) you will need the Olympic adapters.
