Body Solid GCEC340 allows you to focus on two important workouts: the Leg Extension and the Leg Curl.

The leg extension is an excellent exercise for the leg extensor muscles and allows for selective training of the muscles that make up the quadriceps femoris. Thanks to the structure of the BodySolid Cam Series Leg Machine, the workout will be very fluid, effective, and above all, targeted.

The Leg Curl is also a valid exercise that is performed to isolate the hamstrings and is typically performed as the final exercise in the leg routine after the Leg Extension.

The loading arm supports 25mm discs (sold separately) while the seat padding is made of DuraFirm which guarantees maximum exercise comfort and maximum durability over time, workout after workout.
