In March 1947, after many years of experience in the leather goods sector, Cav. Orlando Leone founded LEONE 1947®, a Milanese sports goods factory. The passion for boxing directed the founder towards the production of items related to this sport and the LEONE company soon became a market leader. Since then, the LEONE® brand has always been on the rings throughout Italy and the world, bringing its production experience also to the service of new emerging disciplines arriving from overseas such as Kick Boxing, Thai Boxing, Savate and MMA. In recent years LEONE® has landed overseas, consolidating its leadership as an Italian brand thanks also to prestigious international sponsorships.
