The simple and innovative design of PowerBlock dumbbells makes exercising much more fun and easier. They take up little space, ideal for organizing your space practically and efficiently.

The PowerBlock consists of a series of weights, each with a heavier mass, which interlock and connect with each other using a sturdy pin system. This pin is secured to the center with a strong elastic band. Different elements can be combined to create the desired weight, and the weights are attached to the handle using double pins. All you have to do is lift the chosen weight and start exercising.

The handle element contains two additional cylindrical weights that (both or just one) can be used to precisely adjust the load of your weight training.
The Sport EXP Set 5-70 model can be integrated with the Sport 5-90 for the entire weight range.
