The Nohrd TriaTrainer in the closed position of the TriaTrainer serves as a perfect bench for abdominal and cardio exercises.
Open one side in first position and convert the chair into a semi-bench to work the back muscles and glutes.
Open to full extension, the TriaTrainer can be used for all known bench workouts with or without free weights.
