The NOHrD TriaTrainer is a 3-in-1 functional training device with a minimalist design: When folded, the functional NOHrD TriaTrainer is small but perfect as a classic abdominal trainer. When opened up one level further, the training bench transforms into a back and glute trainer. When fully opened, the NOHrD TriaTrainer becomes a flat bench for dumbbell training, on which the integrated foot rollers can be adjusted to any position for optimal resistance.
