With the virtual coach, you can follow an interactive full-body workout program. You can choose from various compound workouts via the integrated touchscreen or receive a "workout of the day." Training sessions range from bodyweight resistance exercises, ski ergs, cable weights, to free-weight swing workouts. To analyze and visualize your entire workout, you can measure your heart rate using a chest strap.
Strength training:
On both integrated cable stations you can perform complete strength training in a small space.
Standard cable machine:
There's also a standard cable station with a 75-kilogram weight stack. This can be adjusted in 5-kilogram increments. The standard cable station is ideal for working multiple muscle groups simultaneously, increasing your coordination and stability. The cable's butterfly function oscillates and can be adjusted to the user's height.
Ski-Ergometer Cable Machine:
The NOHrD wall compact features a cable ski ergometer. With its eddy current braking system and disc resistance settings, you're guaranteed an intense full-body workout. The ski ergometer simulates the classic cross-country skiing movement.
Swingbell:
The NOHrD-Wall Compact comes standard with a complete set of hand-stitched leather and swinging bells. You can store these weights directly on the wall. These weights are ideal for improving your endurance and strength. Strengthening your core while you're at it is a great side benefit.
