Consisting of a 62x33 cm sign in 3 mm thick Dibond® aluminium on which the exercise is silk-screened with its description and the number of repetitions; the sign is supported by a pole in Nordic pine wood impregnated in an autoclave with non-toxic salts, section 7x7 cm and height 250 cm, to be buried.

Assembly using 8.8 galvanized steel bolts and self-locking nuts.
