The JK 6045 incline bench is an adjustable bench. It's the perfect tool for anyone looking for a solid and practical product for working out at home.
The solid steel frame with 70 x 50 mm square tubes (2.0 mm thick) ensures the JK 6045 excellent stability and safety during use, even for the most demanding users. The JK 6045 bench allows you to perform classic exercises with dumbbells and many other accessories. The seat is 33 x 30 cm (55 mm thick) and the backrest is 78 x 31 cm (55 mm thick) with 7 different inclinations from flat to 90° and a negative inclination. By changing the inclination of the backrest, you can perform multiple workouts to target different muscle groups. The seat height from the ground is 46.5 cm. The JK 6045 has a compact structure measuring: 129 x 58 cm H 46.5 cm. Thanks to its sturdy frame (15 kg), the JK 6045 bench can support a maximum load (user + weights) of 200 kg.
