R-AIR-C is the Diamond evolution for air rowing machines with chain transmission, whose inertia is generated by the opposition of the air to the rotation of a paddle wheel whose flow is adjustable. Initially the prerogative of rowing clubs only, it has quickly become an indispensable compendium in the best cross training and functional clubs. R-AIR-C rests on a very solid aluminum frame with a stainless steel rail for sliding the seat. Extremely immediate and intuitive to use, the rowing machine allows for varied and engaging work for different muscle groups.

The acquisition of the correct technical gesture allows the progressive discovery of incremental work thresholds, an ideal complement to the dynamic strengthening offered by modern boxes. The console with its multiple training information displayed allows complete monitoring of your goals and the Bluetooth heart rate receiver makes the precise evaluation of your heart rate immediate.
