The ERX 3000 elliptical has a balanced flywheel weighing a generous 18 kg with belt transmission.
It has a Magnetic Induction resistance system (Ergometer) - with electronic adjustment of effort on 32 levels, adjustable from the Console.
The ERX 3000 has a White Backlight LCD display with smartphone/tablet support where you can view the distance, time, calories, speed, RPM, program in use and heart rate detected through Hand Pulse sensors and through Heart Rate Monitor (optional) for more precise detection.

Ho acquistato questo attrezzo all'incirca un mese fa e ho voluto provarlo per qualche tempo prima di lasciare il mio parere.
Nel corso degli anni ho avuto diverse ellittiche: a casa mia è un attrezzo che viene utilizzato quotidianamente, quindi cercavo un prodotto valido.
