DESCRIPTION GPR 400

Body Solid GPR400 is constructed with 11-gauge steel frame and oversized industrial strength hardware, the GPR400 offers superior durability and is built to withstand the intensity of frequent powerlifting and group training.

At just under 80 inches tall , the GPR400 features a lower height than most competitive power racks and fits more comfortably into your home, garage, or gym setting.

The large walk-in design provides users with more space and comfort while using the rack for a variety of movements , including squats, lunges, rack pulls, and deadlifts. Add a Body-Solid bench and open up a variety of new workout possibilities, including decline and incline presses, squats, shoulder presses, and more.

An integrated 32mm diameter pull-up bar adds additional functionality to the GPR400 Power Rack with the ability to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises and oblique twists.

DESCRIPTION GLA400

Transform the Solid Body GPR400 Power Rack into a complete home gym with the GLA400 Lat Attachment.

The GLA400 allows users to perform high and low pulley exercises, including Latin pulldowns, rows, bicep curls, shrugs and more in the comfort and stability of a power rack. The unique design allows the GLA400 Lat Attachment to fit into the GPR400 without requiring additional space or clearance around the rack.

The GLA400 is a plate-loaded accessory that allows users to easily add weight plates to the GLA400. Alternatively, the GPR400 is compatible with Body-Solid’s SP150 68kg selective weight stack.

Aircraft-grade nylon-sheathed cables ensure durability and safety when using the GLA400.
