R-AIR is DIAMOND's proposal for exercise rowers whose inertia is generated by the air resistance to the rotation of a paddle wheel. Initially the prerogative of rowing clubs only, it has quickly become an indispensable compendium in the best crosstraining and functional clubs. Equipped with a chain transmission, with resistance adjustable on 10 levels, depending on the position of the appropriate selector, R-AIR rests on a very solid metal frame that acts as a track for the seat to slide. Extremely immediate and intuitive to use, the rower allows for varied and engaging work for different muscle groups.

The acquisition of the correct technical gesture, allows, together with the use of the heart rate monitor, the progressive discovery of incremental work thresholds, an ideal complement to the dynamic strengthening offered by modern boxes. It can also be stored vertically, removing the track from the inertia box, in order to minimize the bulk. It does not require mains power.
