The support for the punching, kickboxing and Muay Thai bag consists of a plate to be attached to the wall with dowels and an arm that ends with a metal ring to which the bag's carabiner is attached.
The arm length is 60 cm. The plate measures approximately 33 x 25 cm. The dowel holes are 10 mm in diameter. The weight is 4.5 kg.
The plugs are NOT included in the product as their choice depends on the type of wall to which the support must be attached.
The stand can easily hold the weight of even the heaviest bags, such as 180cm ones.
