The Iso-Lateral Low Rowing Machine was designed based on human movement. The ability to load the arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Isolateral movements allow the user to train with both limbs together, independently, or alternating. The range of motion is exactly opposite to the isolateral decline pressure, allowing for a true push/pull exercise. The machine has a central handle that helps stabilize the user during single-arm exercises. The comfortable and ergonomic seat is adjustable to different heights to accommodate all users. The starting weight of the single lever arm is only 3.2 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including patients undergoing physiotherapy rehabilitation.
