The JK Vertical 2-in-1 Seated Leg Extension / Leg Curl machine allows you to perform the two key leg exercises from a seated position, allowing for an easy transition between the execution of the Leg Extension and that of the Leg Curl. Its intuitive adjustments adapt to a wide range of users of different heights, while the back cushion with a fixed 15° angle offers optimal support. The leg block cushion, also adjustable to different heights, makes the Leg Curl exercise even more comfortable, aided by the 2 ergonomic handles present above it. The handles on the sides of the machine provide the user with greater stability during the movement.

Ergonomic and elegantly textured cushions; high-density foam padding for improved comfort. Reinforced version of the weight stack plates; the noise level emitted during use is significantly lower than that of conventional plates. The reference kg labels of the plates gradually change from green, yellow and red, providing users with a direct and clear visual view.
