There Smith Machine Diamond is a machine composed of a guided barbell connected at both ends to two steel bars that act as a guide during vertical axis pull/press exercises. The barbell mounted on cylindrical bearings to facilitate a smooth sliding on the steel rods. There are also some safety block salong the axis of the upright on which the barbell can be attached with a simple rotation of the wrists.
