- TRAIN UPPER LIMBS: Biceps, Triceps, Anterior, posterior and lateral shoulders/deltoids.
- TRAIN TRUNK/TORSO: Pectorals, Trapezius, Lats, Lumbar, Lower and Upper Abdominals and obliques (hips).
- TRAIN LOWER LIMBS: Abductors, Adductors, Glutes, Biceps Femoris, Quadriceps and Glutes (Squats), Calves.
How to use:
- Before using FIT BAG, check that the suction cup is clean. If not, clean with a cloth moistened with water or alcohol and dry.
- Apply the suction cup to clean surfaces, free from dust or substances that may impede the grip (e.g. furniture wax).
- Do not use the suction cup on porous surfaces (e.g. on walls), or above an escape route (e.g. between two tiles) but only on completely smooth surfaces.
- Do not remove the suction cup with tools (e.g. screwdrivers, etc.) but only manually. Repeat the unlocking operation with the handle several times if necessary.
- Do not use the suction cup to hang yourself. As with all sports activities, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
