Add your Bluetooth heart rate monitor and iFIT can automatically adjust your workout intensity to keep you in the right zone. ProShox™ cushioning is designed to absorb impact while hiking, walking, running, and jogging. Once you're done, you can easily fold the treadmill to maximize your space. Foldable and compact

Easily fold the treadmill to maximize your space. When you're ready to workout, simply remove the traction pin lock and gently lay the lightweight treadmill deck flat.

0-10% Incline

The 0-10% incline supports your training goals and plans. Train for a 5K, marathon, long hike, and more. Target critical muscle groups to train your body for walking, jogging, hiking, and running over any distance or altitude.

Device shelf

To use iFIT Trainers, simply place your phone or tablet on the device's shelf. Simply plug in your device, place it on the shelf, charge it with the USB-C port, and you're ready to go.

External applications

iFIT syncs with Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, and Apple Health, so you can store all your fitness data in one place. Track every step, calorie, and workout to see your progress and how close you are to your goals.
