The GCBT380 from Body-Solid is used for effective and focused training of the biceps and triceps.
Its ergonomic design allows for an excellent and comfortable execution of the exercise. It has a solid structure and quality finishes, designed for intense use. In search of the perfect biomechanical movement, the seat is positioned at 30º so that on the one hand it offers maximum stretching eliminating tension in the elbows and lumbar, on the other it allows for easy attachment of the V-bar. The machine combines 5x5cm and 5x10cm structures trying to combine integrity in the structure and comfort. NOTE: Discs, bars and closing clips are optional.

Difficile trovare di meglio su questa fascia presso, macchina dedicata ai bicipiti/tricipiti che mi permetterà di allenarmi come in palestra.
Tra l'altro, funziona anche con i miei vecchi dischi da 25 mm.
