Bicispin is a method made in Italy that surpasses traditional training from America, adding pedaling with a single support to those in the saddle and out of the saddle. This technique was designed with the aim of extending the movement to the whole body, in fact the postures with a single support allow the creation of combinations that allow a global work.
The manual is divided into three sections. The first describes with scientific rigor the laws that govern the movement in relation to the different methods of applying the Bicispin technique, for Fitness and athletic conditioning; the second deals with the three most important stretching techniques; the third focuses on nutrition through the formulation of a particular diet called the Eskimo.
Moreno Barbi, author of the professional kinesiologist manual, in creating Bicispin has synthesized the concepts of biomechanics applied to sport using his personal experience as an athlete and teacher.
