Gymnic Core Balance

The Core Balance is a multifunctional tool that can be used for different types of training, from fitness to post-traumatic rehabilitation for knees and ankles. It consists of a rigid base and a soft green dome that can be removed from the base and inflatable according to individual needs.
You can perform various balance, coordination, stretching, flexibility and stabilization exercises. A booklet with some example exercises is included in the package.
