Gymnic Movin Step

The Movin' Step combines two functions in a single product: it can be used as a step for low-impact cardiovascular activity or as a mobile base to exercise your balance and coordination of movements. The valve allows you to adjust the air flow, thus allowing you to choose the level of movement excursion. Used in the fitness field for aerobic, balance and coordination exercises, it is also adopted in the physiotherapy field for patients of all ages.
