The Powerline 144X Smith Machine offers a particularly fluid and jerk-free vertical movement, thus offering the real sensation of having a free barbell firmly in your hands and ensuring maximum exercise effectiveness for complete and deep muscle development.
The guide rails allow the user to never lose balance during the ascent or descent movements, thus eliminating the need for additional support to correctly perform the exercise.
Its extremely solid structure does not allow the Smith Machine to move even a millimetre during daily training and for this reason it is considered by many to be enormously safer than the normal use of a free barbell.
It supports 25mm discs or a 50mm adapter can be purchased separately.
