The Sole B74 exercise bike guarantees users comfort and convenience. The large padded saddle is adjustable both vertically and horizontally, the solid and resistant structure (the steel frame is guaranteed for life) and the ergonomically designed pedals that allow for comfortable pedaling, make the B74 a truly complete and versatile product.

The front wheels will then allow you to move the bike without problems, making it even more manageable.

The B74 is built in the factories of Dyaco International Corp. owner and manufacturer of the SOLE FITNESS USA brand and the historic Spirit Fitness brand – number two in the USA in terms of revenue in the retail channel.

On the B74, the effort variation (20 levels) is obtained through the electronic control of the magnetic brake acting on a 10 kg flywheel which guarantees particularly smooth and silent pedalling.
There are 20 different effort levels available.
The electronic control unit varies the brake resistance based on the training program you have chosen and provides real-time information on the data of the current session.

The 7.5" blue backlight LCD display will provide users with all the information related to the exercise:

• time
• distance
• pulsations
• calories
• speed
• power in watts
• pedaling frequency
• exercise level
• track
• current program phase.

The console also features a central fan, two hi-fi speakers and a Polar compatible receiver for wireless heart rate monitoring (heart rate monitor optional).

The control buttons have been ergonomically positioned on the console for quick and easy selection.

The 10 programs to choose from will allow everyone to identify the type of training best suited to their needs:

No. 2 HRC (Heart Rate Control) program
allow training at a constant heart rate, the best for strengthening the cardiovascular system and burning calories. The threshold value is automatically calculated based on the weight and age of the user, but it is always best to consult your doctor before tackling this type of training.

If you prefer simple things, simply press Start and begin training with the manual program. Insert your MP3/iPOD player into the jack socket to enjoy your favorite music through the console's hi-fi speakers... and then a simple touch of the Fan button and you will be pleasantly cooled by the fan located on the upper part of the console.

The console has a large storage compartment and water bottle holder.

The quality of the materials with which this tool is made and of the paints used for the metal parts will allow this product to remain in excellent “shape” over the years.
