The Sole Fitness R92 bike uses a magnetic braking system with an integrated flywheel (12 kg flywheel mass), all electronically controlled, to make pedaling smooth, uniform and effective.
There are 20 different effort levels available.
The electronic control unit varies the brake resistance based on the training program you have chosen and provides real-time information on the data of the current session.

The R92 console is equipped with a 9" (23 cm) commercial grade backlit (white backlight) display full of information and with useful data always available: time, distance, heart rate, calories, speed, pedaling power (Watts produced), pedaling frequency, exercise level, track, phase of the current program.

The control buttons have been ergonomically positioned on the console for quick and easy selection.

The console also features a central fan, two hi-fi speakers and a Polar compatible receiver for wireless heart rate monitoring.

No. 2 HRC (Heart Rate Control) program
They allow training at a constant heart rate, the best for strengthening the cardiovascular system and burning calories. The threshold value is automatically calculated based on the weight and age of the user, but it is always best to consult your doctor before tackling this type of training.

allow you to create the profile that best suits your characteristics or the one indicated by the personal trainer.

If you prefer simple things, simply press Start and begin training with the manual program. Insert your MP3/iPOD player into the jack socket to enjoy your favorite music through the console's hi-fi speakers... and then a simple touch of the Fan button and you will be pleasantly cooled by the fan located on the upper part of the console.

The console has a large storage compartment and water bottle holder.

The quality of the materials with which this tool is made and of the paints used for the metal parts will allow this product to remain in excellent “shape” over the years.

The generously sized and well-padded seat slides horizontally on an aluminium rail that allows it to be adjusted to 14 positions and ensures maximum comfort even during the most demanding sessions.
