The Spirit Fitness CU800 exercise bike belongs to the category of ergometers, i.e. fitness tools whose power is expressed in watts for greater control and effort of training intensity.
The semi-professional certification makes this exercise bike usable in small sports centers, hotels, wellness centers.
The CU 800 features a 16 kg magnetic flywheel braking system, adjustable to 40 intensity levels directly from the console.
The console features a 145 × 60 mm blue LED display, with a fan to cool your workout. The display constantly shows the data of the current workout: Speed, distance, watts, timer, calories burned, heart rate and current program.
This exercise bike has preset programs divided as follows:
Hill: simulates a hilly route by increasing or decreasing the pedalling resistance accordingly;
Fat Burn: a program that performs gentle pedaling in order to burn fat;
Cardio, through the user data entered before training, the maximum, average and minimum heart rate will be calculated. This program allows you to alternate the 3 measurements detected in order to increase blood flow and lung capacity.
Strength, a program aimed at muscle development.
Interval: a program that alternates intense training with gentle training.
Custom, a program that allows for personalized training where you can vary the resistance as you like.
Fit Test: program that lasts from 6 to 15 minutes constantly detecting the heart rate and increasingly intensifying the test. The test ends when you reach 85% of the maximum heart rate. Finally, you will be given the maximum lung capacity that you can sustain (VO2 Max)
Heart Rate: allows for zone training, useful for weight loss or muscle and lung strengthening.

Heart rate measurement is done by squeezing the metal hand pulse sensors located on the handlebars, or with an optional heart rate monitor, which can be purchased separately and is not included.
The very solid and robust structure is able to support a maximum user weight of 190 kg, the seat is adjustable in depth to 12 positions.
For semi-professional use, the frame is guaranteed for life; for home use, the frame is guaranteed for life and the flywheel for 5 years.
