Models with cast iron disc loading (free-weight system): these stations are equipped with a pulley system similar to the stations mentioned above, with the peculiarity of having the weight loading with cast iron discs of variable diameter from 25 to 50 mm. The costs of these stations are generally more accessible as they are supplied without the weight stack, there are models dedicated to a single muscle group (among all we remember the brands Body Solid and Powerline, companies specialized in free-weight stations). Designed for athletes who want to perform high loads and who already have a certain quantity of cast iron discs.
