It is a PVC hemisphere with a diameter of 40 cm, inflatable, elastic, very resistant and placeable on a rigid base.
It can be used for different types of training both in medical rehabilitation (post-traumatic rehabilitation for knees and ankles) and in fitness.
Thanks to its rounded shape and variable elasticity, inflatable according to individual needs, it allows training of static and dynamic balance, the increase of muscle tone and in the field of spinal stabilization. It is possible to perform various coordination, stretching and flexibility exercises. Core Balance absorbs the impact of the foot reducing the risk of microtraumas in the joints. For this feature it is also used as an alternative to the step in fitness training.
