Device for performing resistance strengthening exercises for upper and lower limbs. Exercises are possible in all directions, in an upright or seated position, and with variable loads limited and applied by using weights. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust and lock the pulley in any intermediate position along the entire height of the structure up to 220 cm.
