Device for performing resistance strengthening exercises for upper and lower limbs.
Exercises are possible in all directions, in a standing or sitting posture, and with variable loads limited and applied by using weights. In particular, it is possible to ask the user to work with both upper limbs during the execution of specific exercises.
Furthermore, it is possible to adjust and lock the pulleys in any intermediate position along the entire height of the structure up to 220 cm.
The adjustment is easy without the use of tools and by sliding on chrome rods. A backrest supplied offers additional exercise options. The structure is made of painted steel and is intended for use with wall application.
It comes with a set of 20 weights of 1 kg each and 2 weights of 0.5 kg. Hardware included. Note: It is possible to perform exercises for the lower limbs by ordering the accessories AC0094 – CARABINER and AC0299 – HAND-WRIST BAND ANKLE.
