Device for performing resistance strengthening exercises for the upper and lower limbs.

Exercises are possible in all directions, in a standing or sitting posture, and with variable, limited loads applied using weights. Specifically, the user may be asked to work with both upper limbs during specific exercises.

Furthermore, it is possible to adjust and lock the pulleys in any intermediate position along the entire height of the structure up to 220 cm.

Adjustment is easy and tool-free, sliding on chrome rods. A supplied backrest offers additional exercise options. The frame is made of painted steel and is designed for wall mounting.

It comes with a set of 20 weights of 1 kg each and 2 weights of 0.5 kg. Hardware included.

Note: It is possible to perform exercises for the lower limbs by ordering the accessories AC0094 – CARABINER and AC0299 – HAND-WRIST-ANKLE BAND.
