The HW Double Span Self-Supporting Rig by DIAMOND is the expansion towards the construction of a functional circuit, the development of strength and suspension exercise. Dedicated to those who have the space to work around an “island” structure, doubling the available stations, it offers an excellent compromise between solidity and flexibility of use by being able to alternate spans of different sizes. The coatings of the vertical elements of this series are based on polyester resins with very high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV radiation thanks to the pigments selected for their high thermal resistance and light. The series was developed in compliance with the Qualicoat Class 1 specification. Boxed 80x80x3 mm, in S 235 JR steel, it mounts DAS (Diamond Armour System) plates in cold-bent steel, subjected to 6 micron micron shot peening for 5 minutes. In addition to an increase in the useful load, the plates give an architectural value that makes them unique. Suitable for HW accessories. Supports loads up to 500 kg.
